If an item is in stock, we usually ship the same or next day.
Shipment will usually arrive within 2-4 days for most of continental United
States; however, this is not a guarantee.
Add $7.50 per shipment for our normal shipping (U.S. Postal Service
Priority Mail) and handling on orders within the continental US. Some items due
to their large size or weight may not fall under our normal shipping charges
and will require extra shipping charges.
International orders will require extra shipping charges. You will be contacted
by e-mail for verification of acceptance of any extra charges before shipping.
If item is out of stock you will be contacted by e-mail of our best guess as to
future availability.
If an item is unsatisfactory, you may return it within two days of receipt.*
No returns will be accepted if not shipped back within two days. A 15% restocking
fee will be charged on all returned items. Only the price of the item is
refundable, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items
returned must be in exactly the same condition as received. If an item needs to
be exchanged for size, the restocking fee will be waived, but the customer
will be responsible for all extra shipping charges.

Costumes are made to accommodate as many people as possible. All sizes given
are manufacturer’s claims, as they each use their own sizing charts we can not
guarantee their accuracy.
It is always best to see, feel, and try on costumes in person. We are easy to
get to from Route I-95. Just take Exit 9-B at Prospect Park, Rt. 420 North
(South of Phila. International Airport & North of Rt. 476-Blue Route). Go to
the 2nd light and make a right onto Chester Pike (Rt.13). We are at the 4th
light on the left at the corner of Chester Pike & Winona Ave. in Norwood, PA.
